On A Scale of One to Ten

Maybe a three.   That's how I rated my supper out at Williams Fresh Cafe tonight.  We ordered the Chicken Pizetta.  Burnt crust edges, soggy bottom, barely lukewarm and very very oily.  The taste wasn't bad though so I let it have a three for that.  Sheesh.  I hate spending money for a treat and then wishing I'd stayed home.

    1. We eat out less and less these days...not that we don't want to eat out but we've been disappointed too many times.

  2. We have a few favorites that we know we will like, we did try a new place last week and we were disappointed. Everything was drowned in sauce.

    1. Even our old favourites are starting to disappoint us. We're not extra picky (at least I don't think we are) we just want decent quality for the money.

  4. Sigh. We very rarely eat out for just that reason.

  5. Burnt edges, soggy bottom and barely warm? I would have sent it back and got a refund. There's no way I'd eat that.

    1. We did send it back and the one they brought in its place was no better.

  6. As my mom used to say, "live and learn". Now you know not to go there again.
